Habitabat Ad Mortem now has the option of choosing an Interest Only mortgage allowing you to see how much of an impact a 5-year option has on the amount of interest you have to pay back over the term of the loan (should you live long enough to see it paid off, of course).

There is now also an Obituary presented at the end of the character's life with a summary of your accomplishments or lack thereof...
